We purchased this because of Price Pfister's known quality, and our past positive experience with Price Pfister products. Sadly, we are extremely disappointed. This product is of such poor quality that none of the elements work properly. The tub spout has no "throw" - the water dribbles out the bottom lip, and it's actually so low power, the water flows down the edge of the tub - it doesn't even manage to throw one inch past. So it's like a waterfall down that end of the tub. The interior of the shower adapter for the handheld shower spout is beveled, so there's nothing for the washer to stick to - it keeps moving around. We've used half a roll of teflon tape and it still won't stay, so we have a constant leak from the shower arm. The handle sits too far off the wall, so from the side, you can see the break between the handle and the wall-plate. And when you switch from tub spout to shower, the tub still drips water, you don't get a full flow transfer. The real sad part is that the wall has just been tiled and finished, and to replace this, we would need to tear the wall back out to get the interior parts replaced. Not something we considered, but then Price Pfister is usually good quality. Maybe we got a lemon, I'll be writing to Price Pfister and we'll see what they do. I'll update this review if they send us replacement parts and it fixes the problem. But be forewarned.
