While the product itself was as promised, the way it is sold was deceiving. I ordered a quantity of 10, expecting 10 individual scrapers for the price of .49 cents each, to give away to clients of my health coaching business. I received one package, with a total of 11 tongue scrapers, which I will have to sterilize and repackage individually. But repackaging aside, I shouldn't have anything to complain about right? Wrong!When I viewed my statement, I saw I was charged $49.90 for shipping and handling ($4.99 per .49 cent scraper). Had there been 10 individual packages, then my bad, I should have realized that the shipping rate was $4.99 for the first item, and $4.99 each item after that. I misread it. The buyer did offer to refund me full credit to return the item, or for me to keep it and be refunded half, because he had already shipped my package that morning. I chose to keep the package for 1/2 refund. However, this means I still ended up paying $25 shipping and handling for one item (one package of 11 scrapers)instead of the $4.99 rate as listed on the buyer's profile. All-in-all, a very confusing transaction, and I feel like I was tricked into paying for 10 items instead of the one. Had it been specified that the scrapers were sold as a package of 11, all of this could have been avoided.
