So, I originally bought these colorful and humorous fish shower curtain hooks about 8 months ago. For my new home. But as it turned out, my old house didn't sell for all that time, so I only opened the box these hooks came in last week, once I had finally moved and installed my new shower curtain. And instead of 12 hooks in the box, there were only 10. Darn! "I will never be able to get help with this problem because too much time has passed," I thought. I called Amazon's customer service line anyway, but they couldn't (or wouldn't) assist me. They suggested I contact the retailer, which I did (via an online message at the Amazon website). And lucky me, a person named Zhang responded. I believe he/she was overseas. Kind and concerned, they agreed to ship me a second box of the same fish hooks (at no charge!), so I could hang up my new shower curtain after all.
